Starting from 1 person to the number of people booking. Please note that groups are not mixed, that’s why the total number of people for each tour is the number of people that make the reservation.

Our tours are open to all ages, with no restrictions—everyone is welcome, from infants to seniors!
Can I bring my dog on tour?

How can I book my tour?
Once we receive your booking form, we will send you the link to make the payment.
Do I have to pay the full amount of the tour in advance?
No. To confirm the tour you need to pay 15% of the total cost in advance. The rest must be paid before boarding the boat.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept bank transfer, Mexican Bancomer transfer, Wise, Paypal and OXXO.
What are your tour booking and cancellation policies?
Reservations: all reservations are subject to a 15% deposit.
Rescheduling of the tour in case of no show: the client will have to pay the full price of the tour and will be subject to availability.
Cancellation: You must cancel 24 hours before the tour to apply 100% refund.
Cancellations due to bad weather or force majeure: 100% refund applies.
